  • Multimedia PC with a Pentium 120 MHz or higher processor.
  • Windows 98 Second Edition, Windows ME, Windows 2000 SP3, Windows XP Home or Professional Edition, or later.
  • 64 MB of RAM for Windows 98 Second Edition or Windows ME. 128 MB of RAM recommended.
  • 128 MB of RAM for Windows 2000 SP3 or Windows XP Home or Professional Edition.
  • 225 MB of hard disk space.
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 software required. Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 1 is included. Up to an additional 50 MB of hard- disk space may be required on the hard disk where the operating system is installed. This installation will not replace your primary browser.
  • Windows CE 2.0 or later-based device with ActiveSync 3.0 or Palm 3.0 or later compatible device with HotSync 2.0 for synchronization of Works data required.
  • 4x or faster CD-ROM drive.
  • 16-bit color monitor supporting 800 x 600 or higher resolution.

Additional Information

Aside from the price, the OEM version is functionally identical to the full commercial version.   You are also eligible for all future updates and/or upgrades if offered by the manufacturer.  This exactly the same product as the retail version bought on the high street, but is without the box.  - Why pay at least two or three times as much just for the sake of having a pretty box!

Because this is an OEM Product, a non-peripheral piece of hardware of insignificant value will be bundled with this software to conform to  Microsoft licensing regulations.
